Farmstay B&B
Marapana offers a Farm Stay style B & B for both Agistees and Guests who want to get away to the country for a breath of fresh air.

Accommodation
We offer in-house accommodation where guests can relax in the comfort of a home. We have a Guest Wing comprising of a Double Room, Bunk Room with four bunks, Bathroom and Toilet for your exclusive use. Linen and Towels are provided.
Activities
We are a family friendly farm where you are free to put your feet up around the fire, or sit on the verandah and feel at home. There are games, videos and DVD’s for the children and a library for both adults and children.
Dinner time
You are invited to:
- come on a farm tour
- help feed the turkeys and chooks
- collect the eggs
- help feed the horses, calves and alpaca
- take a leisurely walk around the property and admire the view
- fish for trout in our dams (children with parental supervision)
- go for a horse ride (see prices below)
- visit the local attractions
- take a drive to Lake Mountain (about 30 minutes)
- drop in to one of the many wineries in the Yarra Valley
- visit Healsville Sanctuary (about 35 minutes)
Meals
Breakfast:
A Full Country Breakfast or Continental Breakfast is included in the B & B price (see menu below).
Dinner:
Even after the fire there are still restaurants in the Narbethong/Buxton/Marysville area that you can enjoy, but if a home cooked meal or BBQ sound more appealing we are happy to cook for you:
- 2 Course Dinner: Roast Dinner (Beek, Lamb or Pork) and Homemade Apple Pie: $30 per person. (Children $15)
- BBQ and Salad with Cold Dessert: $20 per person (Children $10)
The BBQ facilities are also available if you would like to cook your own.

Horse Rides
Riding in Arena: Half Hour – $25 per person (on lead)
Trail Ride: One Hour – $50 per person including introductory lesson
NOTE: Trail Rides only in dry weather due to current slippery conditions on tracks during winter.

On Wednesday 6th October a gorgeous little filly was born to our mare Tequila Sunrise (Teek). Her name is Tiah. In this picture she is 5 hours old.
